Everyone on my neighborhood said I don't have a life and I have mentally handicapped desease. I am suffering as I have no friend and my wife ran away from me.

You don't need a doctor. These periods in people's lives always pass.

You should report the people in your neighborhood to authorities for practicing psychiatry without a license.

If you have no friends, your wife left you, and your neighbors think you are mentally handicapped, it might be wise to see a professional and get an unbiased opinion as to why you cannot form lasting relationships. There seems to be a lot of people who don't care much for you. Find out why!!!
