I've been taking them out and noticed a difference almost overnight with how the Pres percieve me now. they asked about them and I just told them i took them out while im in the office.

as far as dressing for sucess. I decided to conform a little and start dressing for the job I want.

Piercing hmm? I haven't thought of that one, most people I know including me had concerns about tattoos in the workplace. I got a tattoo a few months ago which is quite visible if I wear a t-shirt and I do when it's warm. But since I work in the creative field and even my VP has tattoos on his arm, in addition to multiple co-workers sporting visible tattoos I realized it wasn't any real harm.

As far as how far tattoos and piercings have come a loong way in the workplace in becoming a norm (depending on the industry, corporate or non). It still appears piercings on the body has been left in the dust in comparison to tattoos.
