How can i let this guy i work with know i'm interested? I want to give him a subtle sign. You know -- let him know but not in a bold, in-your-face kind of way. Any ideas? Oh yeah, what signs can i look for from him too?

Well, first of all, some guys just can't read those kind of signs... So, if he can't read it, you shouldn't blame him However, some guys do...

Some tips if you want to give him signs...

• When you call him, touch his shoulder.
• Stare at him when you're talking.
• Sit closer.
• Give more attention... "have you had lunch?" "no" "do you want to have lunch with me at [name of place/restaurant]? i haven't had lunch too..."
• When talking to him, keep the conversation going. Don't use short answer & always ask him back.
• Don't think too much about topic for having a conversation. Just act normally. Don't make him feel that you're uncomfortable when you're around him.

Signs to look from him:

• If he's a shy guy, he might have problem finding topic(s) for having a conversation with you.
• He'll try to spend more time with you
• He'll try to talk more to you.
• Stare at you a lot, and will look away when you look back.
• Will put you as a high priority.
• Will try to help you a lot.
• Is happy when you're happy.
