ok guys i have a real problem with my relationship life we will say. its probably a good problem for some guys but not for me at the moment. see theres this girl i really like that i visit at work and i was about to ask her to prom. but then one night i met a girl and she just txted me all night and we have a ton in common. so now im stuck in a situation where i cant have both. heres my problem im having a hard time deciding. heres why:

Girl 1 who i liked from the beginning: prettier, smarter, not as much in common but enough

Girl 2 who i just met: pretty but not as much, pretty smart but not as much, has a ton in common with me

see there is no real flaws about these two ladies so i ask you do u go with the prettier one or do u go with the one that has more in common?

1. ignore the prettier aspect. unless you just want lustful sex.....if not, then ignore who is prettier. as long as she isn't an ogre or anything, you will be fine. move on to 2 -

2. smarter - well......I'd go with the smarter one because you think she is smarter and you obviously wanted her from the start.

so go with girl #1. do not tell girl #2 anything yet. ask girl #1 first. if she turns you down, you go with #2 and there ya go. #2 can never find out that she was #2 though lol

well i mean the intelligence isnt a major issue. girl 2 gets all a's and b's girl 1 makes high honor roll so i mean its not a huge difference.

another thing: girl 2 really really likes me she has made it clear
girl 1 has sort of stayed out of the picture as far as liking me.
but i know if i pick girl 1 girl 2 will be heart broken and will probably never talk to me again

Personally I'd ask Girl #2 based on what you've said. A girl that's attracted to me is more appealing. It also might spark the interest of Girl #1. Women are attracted to desirable men. If things don't work out with Girl #2, Girl #1 could still be an option.

but a honor roll, very smart and beautiful woman is not easy to find. on top of that, it doesn't look like she is easy to get.

#2 looks a bit desperate, while #1 is maybe shy or harder to get. i'd say the prize is #1.

but do whatever makes you happy, you know the answer already, you just need us to talk it out

Sounds like #2 would be that person from what you've said, but I really have no idea.

I'd definitely say go with the one who is more fun than the one who looks the best.

I'd have to disagree with you here. #2 doesn't look desperate from what he's said...she looks interested in him. #1...may not be interested at all!

He's not said #2 is ugly either, just not as pretty as #1.

And honor roll? What the heck does that have to do with a prom date anyway!? Prom's not a college admissions activity, it's a night for fun.




Go with the girl who will be the best time. Seriously.

Either way, if one of them says no you have the other to fall back on.

What are you looking for in a relationship then?

Someone you enjoy being with and wants to be with you? Or someone who looks good on your arm?

If you're actually looking for a relationship it comes down to more than just looks. Don't get me wrong, physical attraction is important, but it won't last long if that's all it is based on.

Is girl #1 even interested?

Only you can make this decision. It's really not that hard. And if this is the toughest decision you have to make right now consider yourself blessed.

Why don't you take each of them on seperate dates, and get to know each of them a little better before you make up your mind.
If you already think you know them, then I would go with number 2.
