Question daily life dealing with infidelity

For those dealing with infidelity, kind of a different question, but I'm just curious....Do you and your BS/WS still do "normal" things together...like say go shopping, or work or whatever....like does daily life things still take place together even if you are having problems? or do you avoid them at all? have things changed at all in that way?

We actually do the everyday things more now than before. Yes we have date nights too on the weekends. I used to do all the shopping by myself or with one of the kids. He now goes with me all the time. I still feel akward around some events. We have not been to his parents home together yet, and only visited mine for the first time 01-26-08. Before that our last visits for seeing parents or family together was Aug 2007-all family do live approx 200 miles away so it's not like we have the chance daily, but we have each spent time with our own immediate family separatly. I also felt akward over the holidays with parties invites from friends. I was simply embarressed and chose to not go at all.

yes we definitely do the every day things together. we go out to dinner, see movies, visit friends - i don't know if it indicates that we're getting better or not. but we're working together, and that's crucial.

Yes we still do the "normal" things together. We also do new things too now to try to bring us closer together again. H recently took me out on a date. This was a big deal to me because we had not been out on a date in over two years! We are working on communication and being in love again. So far, so good.

Yes, we still do normal everyday things together. Even shortly after it all went down, we went to the movies, out to eat, etc. Like jj2007 mentioned we are also doing new things together. It's all part of rebuilding the trust and closeness -- not even to the degree it was before, but to even better than it was before. Some days are hard and clouded with sadness, but we still fight to take another step closer to healing and happiness.
