Before you do anything - anywhere, before you say anything to anyone, take a deep breath count to 5 then make your move or speak.
Think about what you are going to say, the context and the tone before you say it.
What you say and how you say it make all the difference.
You can ramble and ramble, but a single collected sentence can be as sharp as a knife.
Think about the way your body moves, your arms, legs, fists & facial expressions before you move.
This is the difference between tapping the guys shoulder in front and saying, "sorry - can i get past - Thanks", and grabbing his throat and pulling him out the way (joking).
Think about body language, how much sexier is the girl who sways when she walks, the one who is rythmic and collected, rather than the hunched over one who has clinched fists and is stomping ahead.
You are cool, you are collected, you think, then you move and speak.
You want him to know that you are sensational and beautiful and someone to be reckoned with not a mess who misses him. (even tho inside you do)
You are upset. You are angry. This is normal.
You are moving to quickly for your brain to keep up.
You are thinking of the next thing to say before you get the last sentence out.
There is a difference between keeping busy and going fast.
You want to keep your mind occupied so that you dont think about him, but at the same time keep your body relaxed. Tension breeds tension.
Sorry confuzedgurl, i went off on a tanjent with this one (not unusual for me), but i just needed to tell you that sometimes when we slow down and breath and loose some of the anger - the most wonderful things happen and amoungst them can be not caring about them way we did.
