In the United States, most people mind their own business and don't try to pry into the lives of other people. How they pay their bills is their own business as long as they don't steal from or hurt others.

I know a few people like this. They have wealthy parents; they have made excellent investments; they have saved well; or, in the case of a female, they have lovesick boyfriends who lavish money upon them to buy their love.

If the has a PR company, PRostitution is a type of public relations, I suppose. That pays pretty good money and she wouldn't say much about that.

If I were you, I would mind my own business and not speculate about the source of her income unless you get into a business deal with her.

Maybe she receives money and gifts for "sexual favors" (also known as escort, hooker, prostitute)....or maybe she's a stripper. Or maybe she's a drug dealer. Sounds like she's a loser, if she mooches off people and doesn't pay her own way.
