plum New Member Join Date: Oct 2007 Posts: 1	Looking for a nanny... I was browsing the net looking for a nanny for my 2 kids but my attention was caught by this nanny background check article that made me hesitant to hire one. Do you think this is necessary? Or is there a nanny agency where I can hire a pre-screened (with background check) nanny?
