There is this guy that I have a crush on and I have no problem talking and joking with him in a friendly way but I don't know how to turn that into flirting. I have never been the type to flirt with a guy unless he starts flirting with me first or if I am almost positive that he is interested in me too.

So if there are any women, young ladies, etc. who can share with me their tips on how to be a successful flirt it would be much appreciated.

Men, you can help me too. Let me know what kind of flirting you like women to do, and how you show a women that you are or are not interested in her.
