I'm not sure if anyone will even read this, but it's mostly a vent, and there possibly may be someone that could relate.
My boyfriend of 3 wonderful years has just arrived in beautiful Glasgow, Scotland.

He is attending college for a Masters in Battlefield Archaeology.
I'm so proud of him, and it's a once in a lifetime opportunity. It still doesn't make things any easier. Going from one extreme to the other. Used to daily rituals, our regular spaghetti night, arguing about who would have power of the remote (huge thing you know

). Back to living at home with parents, sleeping in a lonely bed.
The hardest part was saying "see ya later" in front of his family. Wanting so bad to say, "Dont go, really it doesn't matter if it takes longer in the States.

Or Do you know how big the lump in the back of my throat is?"
I'm so glad we have internet, phones, webcams, and it's the 21st century. Communicating is great, although I will still love to get the occasional snail mail.
Thanks for reading!
