Grow taller

I just wanted to know if it is possible for people between ages 15-20 to grow taller (naturally)?

What do you have to do specifically in order to grow taller up to our potential height?

Yes, my personal height was not reached until I was around 19 or 20. I graduated from high school at around 5' 6". When I reached full height I was/am almost six foot (5'11" 1/2).

But, I would say to learn acceptance of self no matter what your height or size.

Oh, then I'm suprised by how much you can grow in just a few years before age 20s. What did you do? Excersice or something? Drink a lot of milk? etc?

I sleep like 10 hours a day every day from 11-12pm. Is that good for height growth?

No, as a girlfriend from high school said, "James, you went through puberty!"

And she was right. I was th guy who shaved for the first time in my last year of high school, and those were only a few hairs. So, my reason for growing was I was a late bloomer.

It was not exercise and certainly not sleep. If it was food, then it was the chocolate chip cookies and brownies.

I have to agree...you cannot really change your ultimate height, but I can also say that you may not have finished growing yet.

Most people have reached their full height by the age of 21.

There is nothing you can do to make yourself grow taller. It is all programmed in you from birth although I have heard of growth hormones given to abnormally short people but that is administered by a physician.

Well I hate my current height (5'5''). I'm tired of putting a few tissue packs in each of my shoes secretly for having a taller appearance, with them I'd be 5'7'' (which is the least height I wanted to be), and I'm only 17 (18 this december).

You still have a couple of years to grow taller. But there's no that guarantee you will.

Like others have suggested, it depends on your genetic makeup to a large extent. How tall are other people in your family? You'll see a height pattern there.

There's not much else you can do other than accept it.

My parents are 5'2''(1/2) and 5'3''. I'm the tallest in the family (5'5''). My relatives are at a good height (5'6 to the minimum), but my grandad (my dad's father) was tall.

Isn't it easy to figure out? You've taken after your parents, which is the most natural thing in the world.

It would've been cool if you'd taken after your grandad on your father's side, but unfortunately your dad's gene prevailed in the height department.

Don't stress over something you can't change. And your height is not that bad, really.

Hmmm. But your genetic lineage suggests that you're doing pretty good to be at the height you're currently at.

Lots of interesting men with a good personality have been short.

I can only think of Napoleon, for now.

Being short makes me depressed and miserable. I don't want to be daniel radcliffe's height.

Don't sweat over something that you have no control over. I am on the shorter side myself and I don't let it bother me.

Unfortunately some women will use your height to determine whether or not they will want to get to know you, but there are plenty of women out there who do not.
