oops, i accidently posted my thread twice. i'm eager for a response but i didn't mean to overdo it. hehe. anyway. in my old meal plan, I occassionally ate brown rice. I still do eat brown rice. But as of late, I've been eating a lot of white rice.. though the difference between white and brown rice isn't a whole lot. They both aren't really good cause they both turn to sugar. and anything white, i usually eat it brown. i.e. white rice = brown rice, white bread = whole wheat bread, pasta = whole wheat pasta/kamut spirals. water helps, but i like beer too which is my downfall. speaking of beer, do you know of any low cal beer? i'm thinkin of grabbing a few tonite and i don't want to further jeopardize my chances of weight loss
