Grad jumping ship early

I've only been in my job for 3 months now as a fresh grad and while at first I thought I'd made a bad choice in taking the position, mostly because I was bored at work and it wasnt in the exact field that I wanted, I've found that I'm beginning to enjoy it if only in a small way over the last 2-3 weeks.

My problem is that recently I've noticed advertised jobs that are more in the direction I wanted to go in, who are looking for recent grads and combined with what I've already learnt in my current job I'm certain I would have a high chance of getting those jobs. But then my current employer has already sent me on some training courses, which were great, and my boss is keen to get me more and more involved as I learn more, and then one of the women in my division went on maternity leave recently so we are already one down.....so if I quit the job now I think I'm going to feel quite guilty.

What should I do?? Stick it out for at least a year then start looking at other jobs, or go for these other jobs and leave my current employer wanting to kill me?

Look after yourself first. Screw, or be screwed.

If you do things right, then you can jump from job to job, and be on training courses for quite a while. I particularly enjoy the cookies and coffee.
