Has anyone tried Nutri System

Does it work?

Do you feel full

How many pounds do you loose in a month(depending on body type, gender ect...

Has anyone had any experience with this at all?

I swear by Jenny Craig (lifetime member). They teach you how and when to to eat. Problem is, I suffer from short term memory loss.

First thing to remember, is that you want your pounds to be tight. Tight 'n' sexy. Anything that's loose, well... you want to get rid of that. Maybe. Or make it tight.

Maybe cut back on your orgasms. I have, and it's given me a much greater presence of mind.

Alpha, I don't think she was referring to nutri-grain bars (although I agree...they are yummy!!!)...there is a whole diet program called the Nutri-System...

Personally, if the meals are perfectly purportioned, and delivered to your door step or not, I think that it's a lot of money for a diet program... what I do, is cheat off websites like that one...if you check out the Nutri-System website, they have some recipees there....I read those, then get the general idea of how the diet works, and try to implement it myself... my problem is, like the typical woman, I can never stick to a diet program..lol...but anyway..hope this helped!

My friend did Nutri-System and lost 50 pounds. She said it was hard but well worth it. I would assume any diet is hard though.

I lost 54lbs in 6 months on JC. Took me 12 months to put 25 back on. It's not hard, just a f'n impossible, lifetime mission!

I believe about four months. But she worked extra hard by incorporating exercise (treadmill) into the program. She also cheated a bit on the weekends.

I might add that once your take the weight off, it is a lifestyle change you must adapt to. You have to be extra careful as to what you eat otherwise it creeps back up.

Personally speaking for myself, I wouldn't know any different as that is the way I live every day with respect to my eating habits. I've never had to diet except after my kids were born but I only had ten pounds to lose and it was gone within one month due to my normal eating habits.

None of these diets will work, if you can't do it yourself! Once you stop eating the food you will balloon back up. I eat sensibly and go to the gym 7 days a week to work out. It's the only way. You need will power. Those diets are just a money pit to suck your money away. They hope you stay on it forever and suck your account dry. They could really cae less about what happens when you stop.

you're right LW12....its big business. They never tell you that 95% of all dieters eventually gain back all the weight plus another 10 lbs.

Man just count your calories and you'll lose weight. It's THAT SIMPLE! You eat what you want, but you keep track of how much you eat to make sure you eat less than you burn. It doesn't even feel like a diet.
