as well or is attractiveness unrelated to it?

Some people get a "You look smart" type of compliment, and in psychology books, it's stated that attractive people are stereotyped as smart as one of their attributes. However, I know some are also stereotyped as dumb (but it may have to do more with the way they dress in this case or present themselves). But, then what are ugly people sterotyped as? Anyway, what do you think?

I received "you look smart" comments when I wore glasses. Wearing contacts I don't get comments about my level of intelligence being associated with my appearance.
