I salute your attitude - when you're not happy with your career status, you think of making a change, which will ultimately lead to a progress.

Low enough where even if i got a second job, I couldn't make ends meat.

Well, it would depend on how much money the second job brings, wouldn't it?

The pay is low, but it's a livable salary.

I hope your wishes come true and perhaps you can climb up to a better position and have a better income with time. Nonetheless, I suggest you don't settle for a low pay if you have the potential to make more. On the one hand, having a job that you enjoy is really rewarding, but on the other hand, making good money might also make you happy if the difference in salary between doing what you like and doing what you don't like is significant.

Your job has a lot of potential: you can make deals with people - they pay less taxes and you sign it as "OK."

You can make a lot of money like that!
So what are your long-term career goals if this is just temporary?
