Question Good book for healthy recipe book?

I'm a 23 year old college student who likes to eat a lot of fast food. Anyways, figure it's about time I see what all this healthy cooking is about. Umm, so yea, how should I get started about this?

I'm not unproficient in the kitchen, but I haven't a clue what's healthy and what's not. What I would like to have is a book about healthy cooking that doesn't require exotic/expensive ingredients or tastes too bland. Maybe something not hardcore healty, I don't know. I have a couple of cooking books, but they're mainly just general purpose cooking. And I hate looking up recipes online, because I usually just end up not bothering turning on my computer; so a book would definitely be better.

Go to your local bookstore, or kitchen store, they should have TONS of good and easy (and healthy) cookbooks. And when indoubt, the best cookbook ever is "The Joy Of Cooking." It has everything in there!
