Unhappy How to move on when he is your housemate

Hi im kinda new to this forum, anyway i m having a hard coping as well, my ex and i broke up about 2 weeks ago and guess what? we still see each other everyday as we live in the same rented house (Not the same room). I will only be able to move out after april(end of this semester)...because of financial problems and also the house agreement..im in a situation where it is impossible for me to move out currently..

i also have to depend on another housemate's transportation, so i cant come home late...I am having a really hard time concentrating on my studies and assignments..it hurts to see how he manages to move so quickly, everyday he seems to be laughing and joking around with other housemates...it hurts like hell to be in the same house, can someone please help me on how to lessen the pain? there are times when i would want to beg him back...we broke up because he confessed about having feelings on his old crush and also he felt that his love for me was fading...so i initiated the breakup as i couldnt stand the thought of him not loving me anymore and taking me for granted....anyway kinda feeling stress now as i still have many assignments to be done and i cant stop thinking about him and the stop the pain!

Sorry.

I know how you feel. My girlfriend and I of a year and a half moved in together in August of last year. We had many blowout fights living together and broke up in November. When I found out she was seeing someone else just a few weeks later, I flipped. I cried and looked horribly desperate many times. She finally moved out New years because it was a terrible situation. If you are hurting you really need to get out of there(out of the living arrangement) if at all possible. It was like torture to me. I have not talked to her but a couple of times to swap some stuff since, and I feel much better since I don't have to be around her. Whatever you do, trust me, put up the best front you can, keep your dignity, don't beg, if you cry...do it alone. It is very hard but you can do it. Be strong!
