Using apps like TrustBUST to catch snoopers

Hi, I am pretty sure my girlfriend is snooping through my iPhone when I leave it laying around. She says she's not. I found an app called Trustbust that secretly takes pictures of snoopers while they are doing it, and it emails you a notice with a couple pictures in it. They promise it will give you hard evidence to be sure.

My problem is I wonder whether it's right to trap someone like that? I never though I would need to use something like Trustbust but I really want to know for sure.

Should I use it?

No, you should not use any app by a developer who thinks that spamming forums is a quality way of advertising their product.
