Pick up a copy of The Guide To Getting It On, and go through it with him and find stuff you'd both like to try. It is a campy sort of book by first appearances, but it really does cover pretty much everything you can do with a person and gets the point across without being boring or clinical, or worse yet... cheesy.
Now, if he isn't interested in even exploring then you may want to consider a different direction for your relationship.
