You're defiinitely eating more than you burn.

What's your daily caloric intake?

If you're trying to lose weight, starving can only get you so far. Yeah you will see the scale go down but you're going to lose mostly water, and then you start eating again, you're going to gain back what you lost.

Thanks for your comments everyone ... But im at my absolute witts end here!!!!!

Im working out every day, sometimes twice day and have even invested in personal training sessions where I work so hard I cant walk for a few days afterwards.
Im taking a weight loss shake before I work out and am eating better than normal yet the scale is skyrocketing!!

Why is this happening!?!?! My clothes are so tight and I look disguting. I cant bear to look at myself in the mirror anymore.

Im seriously depressed over my weight.
What else can I do?!!???

Are you eating 5 smaller meals or a couple of big ones a day? What are you eating more of carbs or proteins? What is you calorie intake? I suspect most of you clothes issue is in you "Bottom" where you putting on muscle quickly before lossing much fat. If your dong the above correctly, just give it some time. Throw way the scale, they make people do unhealthy things, like weight loss shakes.

You are probably eating too much. For all that exercise you are doing to actually lose weight you would have to starve yourself..and then you wouldn't have enough energy to work out!

It's VERY easy to not realize your diet is making you gain weight/or you are eating too much. And you have the mentality that since you are working out constantly you can eat more and still be "okay." No you can't do that. You still have to watch what you eat (decrease calories) AND work out.

My other thought is that you are working out too hard and gaining muscle. And you will burn the heck out of yourself and destroy your body with all that exercise. The best way to lose weight is to decrease your food intake and do MODERATE exercise. (cardio 5 times per week for like 30-45 minutes, weight training 3 times per week).

That is my work out routine. Plus I also try to eat healthy (whole grain foods) and protein shakes. (muscle milk light).

Also weight loss shakes are so unhealthy and actually hurt you more then help. They have a massive amount of sodium and fat which could be making you retain water. Switch to a protein shake to assist you in weight loss. It will give you more energy to work out and kill your hunger. It's called "muscle milk light" go buy it! Throw out all the weight loss/low carb/diet fad foods. They are nasty and unhealthy.

Good luck!!!

How long are you working out. I believe 45 min (of actual workout) 3x a week is optimal for a beginner.

How hard is your aerobic workout? On the road, my heart rate is around 145-165 BPM (86%-98% MHR) anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hours at a time. Indoors, my heart rate is around 135-150 BPM (80%-89% MHR) for 1.5 hours.

Percentage-wise, what is the ratio of fat in your diet?

You could try some interval training. On the road, it is hills, freeway overpasses, and crazed dogs. Indoors, it is temporarily (30s-1min) increasing the resistance followed up by low-moderate intensity intervals.

When working out, there is usually a long delay before seeing results. Nervousystem improvements occur at 2 weeks. Muscle improvements occur 6-10 weeks. Cardio improvements occur >14 weeks. Joint and ligament improvements take even longer. I think you should worry about weight loss last.

Bad genetics and/or bad diet.

You need to burn more calories than you consume if you want to lose weight.

Also, stay away from simple sugars. If you are still eating any junk food or drinking any soda at all you are cheating.

Eat quality meals 5-6 times per day. If you want a meal replacement supplement I would take Syntha-6 or NitroCore 24 over Muscle Milk Light. They are cheaper and have more fiber.

Post up your typical diet so people may critique it.
