Thanks TBF. I'm watching my carbs carefully. I researched it a little and I'm making sure I do get some form of carbs every day but not to the extent that I'm high on insulin and glycogen. As long as you're getting the recommended daily dose of fibre, carbs and other healthy foods, it's all good.
