sister taking somone elses prescription, what do i do

please help me

im placed in a bad situation

my sister is 16 years old. she recently told me she has started taking birth control pill, which i do not care about because i know i cannot control her life i can only give her advice.

i told my mom shes on birthcontrol pill and my mom said that she wants me to make sure my sister is taking it the right way so that no problems are caused.

last week my sister asked me if i can pick up her new packs from the free clinic she got it at. she doesnt have a car and the clinic is by my university so i said ok but i decided to ask her some questions about which kind she is taking. then i found out she was taking it all wrong. she started a pack, missed a few days so decided to put it aside and start a new pack from day one.. and when she finished that pack she continued the first pack she had.

i told her that the pills have different dosages of hormones and i told her next time she should call her doctor and ask, the doctors tell you exactly what to do and i was kind of cross with her for not talkign to her doctor, i mean what ar ethey there for if not to answer questions and prove information, especially with regards to our health.

so later that night she came to my room and gave me the number for the place and told me that its under her frineds name and that in reality shes pretending to be her freind and taking her friends prescription.

i told my mom this and my mom said that i should tell my sister to come to her, like i did when i was 18, and tell her i she wants to be put on the pill the proper way. then my mom will take her to a doctor thats not far and everything willbe ok.
i told my sister i think she should talk to my mom and she said my mom is annoying and that if i dont get her the pill shell have someone else do it.

im caught between this situation. im worried because being misdiagnosed with hormones can cause a lot of problems an i dont want my sister to get in trouble wiht the law for using somone elses prescription.

i dont know how the free clinic can justgive out pills to anyone under false names.

does anyone have any advice as what i should do?

That's fraud. Tell her to go under her own name.

It is easy to go posed as someone else, believe it or not.
