Sexual chemistry

Afternoon,

 

I was looking for advice or even a woman's perspective.

 

I've been on a few dates with a girl I recently met on a night out. We both get on really well together and enjoy each others company (There seems to be a connection and both of us feel it).

 

I can tell she likes me because well she told me, and she's always saying how attractive I am and how great I am to be around and she tells her friends how great I am. She's also asked me out a few times so its not like I'm doing all the chasing.

 

So we made out the other night on our date and I thought everything was going well. Then she told me later on that she felt no sexual chemistry with me and that we should just be friends.

 

I kind of agreed because we get on so well but truth be told I want more and she knows this.

 

Just wondering peoples thoughts on the whole situation..

 

(I'm kinda guessing there's no way back now)
