Victim of Firstdate

Have you heard of Scandinavian dating site Firstdate? Well, you missed a lot. You will be surprised, when see your account charged monthly for almost 25 Eur. You will be charged, even if you cancel your account. It seems that single payment makes you to pay them forever. And there is no way to escape that. They do not answer nor react to your emails. So, be aware, and do not pay any membership fees to firstdate.com. I am going to a police, and hope they will get convicted.

How do we know you're not here just to slander a site you don't happen to like?

It sounds like what has happened is that OP signed up, got a charge which he/she probably expected, but then kept getting charged monthly after that, and can't get this site to stop charging them.

Of course it is always in the fine print as Art_Critic pointed out, but sites like these try to take advantage of people, and it's pretty low, and understandably very upsetting for the victim to be unable to stop the charges.

I would advise the OP to contact their bank and let them deal with it, not sure the police can do much in these situations.
