Col1
How do you know if you are (platonic) friends with someone new? At what point does an acquaintance crossover to become a friend?
preraph
I think a good sign is when you both agree to make one-on-one time and see each other separate and apart from wherever you met (church, school, work) so then you know you're not just a work friend or whatever. I think you must have been over to each other's homes or you're not real friends too. They haven't let you in yet if you've not gotten to at least go to their home to pick them up or something. Mysterio
To me a friend is someone that you have mutual interaction with and get something out of it. You also have to be on a regular basis. So that means. Phone calls/Meet in person if you are in the city. If you are out of town, then its Skype/FB meessages and maybe E-mail. The frequency should be at least once or twice a month or at the extreem, every second month.
