Attaining a healthy gut can and does lead to other health benefits. I wonder how many people who express chronic depression, anxiety or other negative feelings could benefit from a change of diet?

 

I know that I feel a lot better when I manage my diet better. Simply having yoghurt once a day makes a marked effect. I think we underestimate the effect our diet has on our mood.
