Anyone use (topical) transdermal magnesium?

 

If so, does it really help with anxiety and depression like they say it does?

 

Doctors are saying that oral magnesium intake is extremely inefficient and the best way to get magnesium in your body is by putting it on your skin. Just want to know if anyone has tried this and if has produced any significant results for them.

Yes and it works. It absorbs better, you don't have stomach indigestion. It helps you sleep, and relax

 

Take a bath with epsom salts. It's the same thing. Soak and see what happens.

10 sprays of the trans dermal on arms back knees and feet, morning and night. Rub it in, it dries on you. You can keep it on or wash off after 20 minutes.

 

Stuff works great, been using it for 5 years
