splaker Posted September 30, 2015 Posted September 30, 2015 Morning all, I have a question regarding Child Support that perhaps you can shed some light on for me. I'm close to finalizing my divorce (self represented) and the oldest of my 2 boys has moved away from home to play hockey. His team is covering his billeting costs (ie: food, lodging, etc.) and as such, wondering if/how this would impact my child support costs. I've been paying child support from the get-go based on the table amount for 2 kids, we have shared custody (50/50), so we've been using the difference in incomes and used that table amount as far as the total support I've been paying to her. RightThere Posted October 2, 2015 Posted October 2, 2015 Shouldn't affect what you are required to pay just because your son is living in a temp home. I would follow the same pattern as before. 1
