smileforelena Posted April 21, 2014 Share Posted April 21, 2014 i wish there was a set time...but there isnt. like mammasita it takes time and it depends but as sure as the tomorrow is coming it will get better...if i may make a suggestion. let out the pressure thats building up in your heart. i know some people are just not cryers but for us who are crying especially when the chest start to feel like it wants to explode or feeling choked up when the tears come its such a release. for me personally, when i let myself cry it feels like i finally exhaled. i dont know how you normally deal with gried or sadness but maybe you should try and release the pain.
