7 yr relationship break up

Hello everyone I'm new here just need to let out my emotions so here is my story iv been dateing my girlfriend for 7 years we broke up 2 weeks ago no contact we dint have a fight or anything before the break up I just snapped one day and said I had enough it started to get to the point where it was just I give and she takes I was hoping for her to maybe realize and try to change her ways a little but nope she agreed and said I was right and that it was best we ended it but at the same time I'm devastated she was my world and everything iv been doing has been for us and are future I just don't understand how you can be in a 7 yr relationship and just give up so easy I want her back but Im not going to beg her or bother her I would never want to force or guilt someone to be in my life that doesn't want to be in mine but by me not doing anything and letting it be will she think I gave up to and make it that much easier for her to move on
