Do guys like Asian women?

Ok... so this is kinda steming from the "asian men" thread but about asian women. It is a question about stereotyping. We all know that there is a sterotype on asian women. Whatever you heard is up to you but I was just wondering if it's true that many men, no matter what race, like asian women? Be it for the "exotic" look or the other thing that I'd rather not say....... ok then.... the thing down there being slanted also and nicely tawt...... ?

 

I myself am HALF asian and HALF Caucasian (my dad loves asian women, he and my mother have been married 30 years and he can't get enough of her). See I live in a small suburb of Minneapolis that doesn't have very many races other than white folks. So at my job I get hit on quite often by white men. A majority of them have told me that they have always dreamed and fantasized about being with asian women, and they also bring up the stuff on the 'private' regions. When I go out at times to the club or wherever I am going with the girls, I even get lots of attention from African Americans saying the exact same thing. The only ones that I haven't really been hit on by much would be Asians oddly enough and Hispanics. And my previous b/f's and husband, who were black and white loved watching asian porn and just told me the same as above.

 

So, I would like to hear honest opinions on THIS stereotype.

 

Why do Asian men feel that they 'aren't' attractive, but asian women are sought out for? (If this in fact true) Also, there is another myth that Asian woman have very bad and aggressive attitudes.

Hello, I`m a halfie just like yourself (1/2 Aus, 1/2 Jap 15yr M) and my opinion is that Asian women have basically no trouble in getting men....infact Eurasian women are considered much more attractive than any full blooded race. The same cannot be said for men however...

 

Asian men feel unattractive because that`s what others think of them as. A majority of Asian men have unfavourable physical characteristics according to many women and they don`t make them tick. Since I don`t fit this stereotypical `hot` image that is portrayed in the media, I have always thought of myself as ugly and unwanted and it`s resulted in the atrophy of my confidence and self-worth. Basically love is the last thing my mind and I don`t think I`ll ever bother to go after a girl.

 

And the issue about Asian women and the white men with Asian fetish.......hmm...I`m too sure about this...

 

And my sister has the dreaded CAW (Crazy Asian Wrath) lol, I dunno if this applies to all Asian women though

Asian women are really hot, but not because of any stupid stereotype. At least for me. It's just that so many asian women are just so gorgeous! Beautiful eyes, black hair--yummy!

 

I have noticed that asian women have straight pubic hair, which is a turn on because it is different--but it's only different because I am usually with caucasian women, and I am caucasian.

 

I have no idea why caucasian women don't dig asian men all that much, but it seems to be true.

 

I have only noticed the attitude thing you mentioned in older asain women who weren't born in the states, or arrived here recently. I have two Japanese aunts and they are the sweetest people ever. They have lived here for over 40 years, though.

Because the demand for asian men is almost zero here in the U.S. Very few women are interested in them, including asians women who usually date white or black men (just like your ex b/f and hubby)

This is what I have found : I feel Asian women are very beautiful.

 

I think that most Asian women are sought after and one of my guy friend stotally and exclusively loves Asian women and will not date others. He is of half white/half arabic.

 

I find Asian men to be very attractive and have went out on dates with all kinds of Asian guys. From Tai to Vietnamese.

 

I have found ( mostly ) that Asian men do not enjoy oral sex ( sadly ) and it seems to be possibly be a cultural thing.

 

I find Asian men are tight with their spending ( except a friend of mines who's husband is Asian and he spends on her like crazy lol )

 

I find Asian men to be clean , cultured , fun , friendly and hot !

Hi! I agree that many asians are very (extremely) clean people! I learned this just from watching my mother and my asian family growing up! It's almost like they have Obessive compulsive disorder. I think I have that too, hence my obssesion with a guy at work and also my obssesion with being clean as well. Not just my home but my body as well. Asian men are very good looking but like I said, a majority of them are short and skiny and I like a man to be a man! One who is tall and built. No offense to Asian men out there.

 

As far as the oral sex, the Asian men I have been with (although they weren't full blooded Asian, half white mixed in) they loved oral sex. But I am only speaking of my experiences.

 

I do agree though that many men adore Asian women, especially caucasian males as well as African Americans. Like I said though before, I have only been hit on by just a few Asian males, just a few Hispanics, very very many Caucasian males, and very very many African American males. Who have all said the same thing.... they LOVE Asian women.

 

But it's good to hear the feedback. Someone also said in one of these threads that many mixed Asians, like myself were very beautiful, which I am flattered to hear (I am not trying to sound full of myself, just truthful to what I heard). Thanks again folks! It's nice to hear on your opinions!

Curious thoughts and experiences here. Im a "spanish born chinese", born and raised in Spain. My taste and experience reveals that Im not attracted to oriental women in general. Perhaps because Im not used to oriental women, since there are not that many where I live, and my preference has always been spanish women, brasilian, latino etc... I thought that my preference would have changed a bit after studying in England for 4 years (there is a greater oriental population there) due to a greater exposure to oriental girls. Didnt happen though for some reason. I mean, I do know some very hot oriental girls, but they just don't do it for me. Perhaps its because they remind me of my sister, or perhaps because in general they tend to be very slim and "uncurvy"... that is, in general. Dont like stereotyping, but if you say that asian men tend to be slim and short, so are asian woman (oh yes...i know there are tall and curvy asian women.. yeah ok... same with asian men, duh).

 

Im personally not tall 5,8", and very toned and athletic, but not bulky. Some girls dig that, others don't. Fair enough hehehe. My previous partners have been two spanish and one english, all beautifully-shaped, sexy curves...gotta love that sh$%! At the end of the day, we all have different tastes, halleyuyah! And stereotyping...well, it makes things easier to think about, simplifies and "makes things fit". Just dont take them personally since there is something for everybody here. Some prefer vanilla, others chocolate, others strawberry etc... good for everybody!

funny soulfully mentioned that he is not attracted to asian girls because they "tend to be very slim and uncurvy". i am asian (japanese to be exact, full blooded) -- i've noticed that guys hit on me more frequently, now that i've gained some weight (!)....AND grew some arse! anyways, good or bad, tons of guys (of any race) "compliment" me...on my behind and say that normally, majority of asian chickies are too skiny & too "flat" for their likings....

I have spent some time in South East Asia. The people there are as varied and different as can be. How do you lump so many different groups of people into one category? In China alone there are over 1000 different ethnic groups. There are so many cultures and so many different ideals of beauty.

We in The west do have some stereotypes of Asian woman. One is the exotic mysterious dragon queen. She has the large almond eyes long black hair. She moves with grace and power. She is a tigress and is very selective of who she beds. Then there is the Asian whore who has secret erotic delights that few in the west can even dream of. Who can forget the dutiful wife stereotype. Always ready to do her masters bidding. She is meek and never complains she lives for her master and his children. The sad truth is that in many Asian countries females are not held in high regard. In the West we seem to have put some value on Female Asians. In most Asian cultures Eurasian woman are out cast. When western families go to China to adopt for every 10 female babies adopted there is only one male adopted.

Western men do tend to have this whole fantasy about the Exotic Beauty of Asian woman. I have to say i just love beautiful woman. One morning many years ago in a market place I saw what had to be the most Beautiful Woman I have ever sen in my life. Her skin was a silky golden nut tone her hair was long with a little wave to it. It was a rich deep black and streaked with chestnut red. Her lips were soft, full and just a hint of berry red in them. I could make out the outline od her body under her cloths. Her breast were larger then most Asian woman so were her hips. She was taller then most of the vietnamese woman But not really a tall woman. I would have to say no more then 5'5" Her eyes were what made her stand out from all the other Eurasian woman. They were the almond shape in a beautiful shade of green. For one brief moment she looked into my eyes and I was lost. The light changed the Jeep I was riding in moved out. I turned and she was walking deeper into a side street market. I only saw her that one time. Maybe Ijust dreamed Her?

Depends which type of Asian. I'm not that attracted to SE Asian women in general, as most are too skinny & lacking in curves for my tastes. Asian women from India, Pakistan etc on the other hand are more curvy so I'm fine with them.

Attraction's a fascinating phenomenon, isn't it?

 

I think this is cultural. Some cultures like North America, Latin America, Australia and Japan, for example, are 'macho' cultures; others, like modern China for example, are less testosterone-driven or more gentlemanly, I guess you might say. I don't mean they want womenly men, but they expect more open displays of sensitivity and they see the physically robust man as threatening.

 

I love Asian women. I just think they are more expressive of their femininity than Western women are, and I find that, as well, they appear more feminine, physically speaking. They are largely unaffected by the modern diet of fast food. I'm talking about actual Asian women here, not women of Asian descent.

I've never heard the myth of asian women havig bad or aggressive attitudes. The opposite is usually the norm. Being a white male, I can tell you that the stereotype of the asian female is one of being docile and submissive, and this might account for some of the interest shown by white males. As with most stereotypes, its mostly B.S. However, if I ever do meet an aggressive and/or domineering asian female, I'll marry her!

If Asian women are supposedly desirable that is to those who are into the whore submissive brainless fantasy types and the asian male counterpart is not desirable because he is too intelligent, not submissive and physically smaller than the desired hunky male stereotyped, then let us add the African American male stereotype into the mix, who except for a handfull of exceptions here and there, are cheaters and not loyal to any female long term. and even though they father more children percentage wise, they do not stick around to raise them. I'll take the so called weak asian male stereotype to the african american stereotype any day.

Because the physical traits associated with Asian-ness (aside from small chests) are traits we associate with feminine attractiveness. Smallness, delicate fine features, non-assertiveness, etc. are all things we see as attractive female traits in this society.

 

Race is a silly category and some of these associations are inappropriate but there you go.

and the attitude thing... i dont know about all that,.... in my culture, women are to be brought up demure and respectful. and men always come first.

Well im full blooded chinese male, but was raised here in the states. I honestly dont understand what the hype is over asian women. Probably society/media's doing which ingrained that asian women are exotic and are sexual beasts. I do agree a lot of them are attractive, but is equally the same compared to any other race such as caucasians.

 

but imho, asian+caucasian mixes are the epitome of human beauty...very attractive.

 

Personally i dont care what race i date as long as the other person possess attractive qualities, be it personality or physical beauty.

 

Stereotypes mean nothing really, it's never affected me in the past and still doesnt. And to answer those curious minds why many asian girls are flat-assed or flat-chested is because of their diet. The staple food is usually rice which is high in carbs and low in fat, and generally eat foods that are high in protein in addition to cooked vegetables. It's true the majority of caucasian women generally possess more body fat compared to asian women. After all, tits and ass is mostly fat.
