I'm not any kind of professional but I believe you would benefit from less screen time and more interactions with people doing something that is fun for you. I'm really glad you're in the hiking club, and understand that time is an issue for you. You are exacerbating your problems by constantly turning to this or that you "were told" or saw on a Reddit post or a "red pill" site. I get that you have OCD and changing a pattern is hard even for those of us who don't have that, so I get how difficult it would be for you to just stop.
