Things usually move superfast and the rebounder usually talk about their last relationship too much and how the relationship with you is so different. He or she may practically have you moved in by the end of the week.

 

 

I was once rebound and it turned into a great relationship that lasted for years. I slowed things down in the beginning though and I didn't make a commitment for months.

what if they've mentioned the ex but dont have the desire to talk about it at all? and if its spoken of he just sounds like he's actually over it? is that just a cover?

I was the rebound once. This guy was also my first real boyfriend. I agree with Sabali that rebound relationships move really, really fast--like they are trying to pick up where they left off. They might not always talk about the ex, or have contact. In my case, once he was emotionally over the ex, he was over me too and ready to live the single life--we dated for 3 months. I just provided the romantic healing he needed after he had his heart broken. I guess you just need to pay attention to all of the signs. How long ago were they together and how long was the relationship? How serious was the relationship? Stuff like that.
