It's about a man and a women having time and fun together. Most single moms aren't looking for daddy number 2 anyway!! But I guess maybe that's just my O. So why would it matter if she had children in the background? I usually date a woman to learn more about her and if there's romance and compatibility, I'd like an LTR. I don't date just to have fun with a woman. I have my female friends for that. My mom was divorced with 2 kids. She didn't have trouble finding dates, and they were all bachelors with no kids of their own. Most of them wanted to marry her, but she wasn't having that.

If she had cats, that would be a dealbreaker for me, too unless they get along with my dogs. Then it might be ok. I've seen loads of dogs and cats get along. I've always thought it was a myth they disliked each other. I had a dog and two cats as a kid, and the two cats actually disliked each other a bit but neither had any issues with the dog. And the dog was stupid in love with one of the cats, used to carry it around on her back all the time, and they always used to play and such. The other cat was prissy and fat, but she got along with the dog okay.
