Funf Posted August 10, 2010 Posted August 10, 2010 I've seen a few threads about text messaging recently so I feel kinda bad posting this because I know texting is impersonal but unfortunately it's the situation I'm in right now. I know some people aren't glued to their phones and actually have a life, but is taking almost 24 hours to respond a little too long? However, he did take a day or two to respond to my emails before we met so he could be legitimately very busy. His messages and emails are also full with sarcasm (in a humorous, joking way) so I don't know if he's taking a long time to incorporate the wit into a message. I just don't want to be blind to an obvious situation of where he's just not that into me. Thanks!

If someone's into you, they will let you know by being available for you and willing to communicate etc.

But on his Facebook, it says that he's single. He's also put some remarks in his Facebook statuses about how he's single.
blueberries Posted August 10, 2010 Posted August 10, 2010 if he doesn't have a gf and he still takes 24 hrs to respond to you, it means that he's not that into you. those are the only two reasons i can think of for a guy not to be available to you...1. he has a gf or someone else he's seeing, 2. he's not that into you.

His gf might not be into FB or he simply chooses not to have her and her friends on the FB. He could also be keeping a few different accounts.

Any girl I'm interested in when I'm single will get a quick response, barring horrible accidents and work.
