I am interested in this guy who just split up a few months ago but he doesn't seem that he would like to get in a relationship. How long will it take??

I had a girl break up with me after just a few months, and it took me longer than the relationship lasted to get over it. I also dated a girl for 2 years, and was happy and relieved it was over. I was ready for the next girl right away.
