We have not mentioned being exclusive because I just haven't had the nerve to bring it up just yet. Well a good friend of mine is getting married and I am soooo over going to events dateless. Is it appropriate to ask this guy to accompany me to the wedding? We are not in a relationship just dating a spending alot of time together. What do you all think?
zengirl Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 In general, I don't see why not. You've gotten invited, you need a plus 1, you've been seeing him for awhile. I've taken boys to weddings who weren't my boyfriends/I was just dating.
Sabali Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 I don't see any problem with it. Someone invited me to a wedding in a similar situation and I didn't think any thing of it. We had fun and that was that and went on to have a nice relationship.
tigressA Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 It has been a few months, so I don't see anything wrong with it. Weddings are usually big parties anyway, it could be a lot of fun. And while you're at it, you really should bring up exclusivity at this point, if that's what you want.
