Unfortunately, it gets harder before it can get better...but you've had the taste of what it's like to be better...it's just a matter of time before you're right back there...

I've been asked out to a drink by my ex. I have 2 up coming blind dates supposedly... was hit on by a girl who works at starbucks... or she was just making friendly conversation (hope it was the first), but she has class right after my class (that I teach)... i'm going to ask her out to a drink tomorrow when I see her (why not? the worst she'll do is say no, but be flattered.. we struck up a decent conversation tonight)... and I spoke to another ex girlfriend who is my supposed soulmate and now a 'close/best friend' who was afraid of losing me, etc, etc, etc... D-Lish Posted February 3, 2010 Posted February 3, 2010 I experience at setback everytime my ex reaches out to me. It drives me nuts that I allow him to have that kind of effect on me after a year. The best thing to do is to get out of your pj's and maintain your daily routine- no matter how hard it is.

It was a mutual breakup (started from her end after a heated conversation on religion... then NC from her @ first... I apologized. she wanted friendship. I tried.... after a few hours, I went NC... 1 year and 4 months later a few days before Valentine's Day (day we broke up) she contacted me... kinda kept LC until this past summer)

LOL that sucks! first time i picked up i dont hear anything, the 2nd time i picked up he whispered *i miss you* and then the third time he told me not to hang up and he wants to talk. so yea, im like wtf!! he called?!! no waaaaaaaaaaaay! omg, i wanna die right now! this is going to hurt me so bad again!*even if it didnt, but it makes me have mind games.. u know..* just incase its her, its up to you if u wanna talk to her or not. sometimes u would rather take the risk. i took the risk. but its because i told him everything that i feel.. keep us posted!! good luck!
