Kaizen Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 I have this habit of writing a girl an email while I am in bed with her. I tell her exactly what I am thinking about including how good she looks while sleeping, issues between us, what needs to change, someone I am caoutious of but not yet jealous etc. Is this a good habit? To communicate your thoughts and feelings, postive and negative fully? I do t once in a when I can't sleep. Never planned or anything.

If she responds positively, you'll have found yourself a keeper.
bbf Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 You said it's a habit, so how's it working out for you so far?
boogieboy Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 You can do it, but dont show it to her until youre with her for at least 5 months, and you two have done the i love yous already. Too much and you look like a wuss.
Boundary Problem Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 What you are talking about is intimacy. Which tends to get lost in the chaos of morning breakfast, lunchboxes, carpool rides and cleaned and pressed pants. If the options are email, or not at all - go with the email. Sometimes there just is no time for intimacy unless it is via email where people can respond when they have a chance. Getting two people in the same room at the same time - is pretty hard when we live busy lives and then you will have forgotten what you were going to say. (I'm female).
