Pizzaman81 Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 So last night I think my new found method of confidence backfired on me. So I've had a few relationships in the past, and with each new one, I find myself being more confident when talking to girls and going after a girl. So I'm single now, and that maybe I might have exerted too much confident and cockiness? I am interested in this girl and she said she thinks I'm a player. I just want to be with her cuz I am really interested and I always stick with one person. I don't date around for months on end with multiple people. Now I sound like a player defending my self Maybe I should tone it down. But I fear I might lose her. Should I tell her I was offended?
Boundary Problem Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Just be honest. Tell her you were being yourself, and you were offended and that you are really interested in her. She wants to hear you deny that you are a player. Then she wants to see you ask her out for dinner, dates etc. If she says she thinks you are a player, it means she has been thinking about you....1/2 the battle is already won.
