Long story short, this a question about the same girl who I met and things where just bad timing. Well at least she has led me to believe the only reason we were not together was because of bad timing. She has always tried to gauge my attraction and as soon as I've shown any interest she has gone distant on me again. I have engaged in being just cordially distant. She has just moved out of her ex's a month ago Last saturday she asked me out for a drink via facebook (first time she has asked me out in 2 months). I didnt get the message till tuesday.. I'm hesitant in replying but replied to her via text... My thoughts are finally she is starting to feel ready to date again. replied to her saying something along the lines of "yeah a drink sounds good, what did you have in mind?" no response today. I've put enough effort in, so for her to plan a date is a way for her to win my trust that she is not just dicking me around.. She failed.. Is there any other way forward for me other than to just totally ignore this girl that I find so comfortable to be with and really want to get to know?
phineas Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 maybe its a generation thing, but I spend more time using the phone or face to face comunicating with my facebook friends than I use the actual site. If it were me, i'd wait a day for her to respond. If she doesn't de-friend her & don't contact her again.
