2sure Posted November 12, 2009 Posted November 12, 2009 Should it become, for whatever reason, necessary for a woman to intimidate a man she comes in contact with socially.... When he speaks or makes eye contact with you, look like you are politely trying to suppress not a smile but a laugh while at the same time being unable to make eye contact with him. He will assume you are laughing AT him for a reason. This plays hugely on his insecurities and he should pretty much leave you alone after that. Mind you, this is for someone in your social circle. Under professional circumstances its done differently.

What are some things that a woman can do to intimidate a guy? you're talking about that new guy in your building again. you're trying desperately to understand why he likes your friend and not you. sometimes people just arent attracted. he's not into you. you'd do yourself a favour if you just accepted it and moved on. sometimes life is that simple. he doesnt dig you. he likes your friend. end of.

2sure Posted November 12, 2009 Posted November 12, 2009 Oh, I thought you asked how to intimidate a man intentionally. If you think he may be intimidated by mistake, just do the opposite. Eye contact and genuine smile with your hello. Its as good as an invitation. If he doesnt respond, its not because he is intimidated.

Just wondering want would make any guy be like this. all the posts you've opened are about this one guy and you not being able to understand why he likes your friend over you. you're trying to understand, and thats cool, but there isnt really anything to understand, apart from how a man could possibly like any girl over you.

She's so hot, she must have a boyfriend, she would never give me the time of day, yada, yada. I've encountered through out the years, many absolutely stunning women, who couldn't get the time of day from dudes. They would ask why, what are they doing that's wrong? Nothing, your beautiful, guy's are intimdated by how beautiful you are. I specifically know one who, "toned it down abit", and guys were all over her.

What are some things that a woman can do to intimidate a guy? Yup, it happens with both men and women. I just went through that with someone who works for the company I work for. It got to a point where he was freaking me out because he went so out of his way to avoid me and I didn't even know him. One day I finally started talking to him through a mutual conversation we had with someone we both know. I said to him that I though he hated me because of the way he would act whenver I entered an area he was in. He said that he was simply intimidated because I'm so tall and he thought I was pretty. Aww shucks!

I'm not sure how to put it without sounding mean... but here goes: I think you need to get a little more comfortable with who you are and then guys will feel more relaxed around you and maybe want to talk to you more...? Just my 2 cents...

And how do I do this? oh.. maybe the fact that you've started about 10 threads in the last few days... all with "guys... blah blah blah... me... blah blah blah... exclamation point!" like I said in my first post, I don't want to be mean but you sound... um...very insecure. One way to get more secure and comfortable with yourself is just start acting like you are confident and comfortable with who you are... and pretty soon you will be... it's really as simple as that.
