Lakeside_runner Posted November 12, 2009 Posted November 12, 2009 When you (female) first went to someones house (male) for dinner, what (if anything at all) did you/would you find to be a turn-off? I'm talking about a clean apartment, no dirty underwear on the floor etc. P.S. I know that this thread just calls for answers like (He had a photo of Stalin on the wall!) but let's be serious here... Oh, and I forgot to finish the title...
Boundary Problem Posted November 12, 2009 Posted November 12, 2009 Assuming the place (and bathroom and the floor beside the toilet) are clean... turnoffs - -packrat -huge web cam on computer -nothing in the fridge except ketchup -bed linen from 1964 -lack of sunlight (open all drapes), maybe have a window open -paranoid/nervous host (have a glass of wine before she comes) -gifts/cards from other women lying around -photo of mom right by your bed let's face it - if you are inviting her for dinner at your place, you have pretty much already surrendered. She either likes you or she doesn't. I don't think your apartment is going to change that. Turn offs aren't necessarily a deal-breaker. Just areas in need of improvement, and women love a new project.....
