alphamale
Crikey, no wonder my relationships don't work. I'm clearly asking for too much instead you should be asking for an order of hot fish n chips and a pint 'o watneys... you'll be much more pleasantly suprised if you keep your expectations low. justagirlforever
instead you should be asking for an order of hot fish n chips and a pint 'o watneys... you'll be much more pleasantly suprised if you keep your expectations low. are you showing your age here alpha? I didn't have a clue what watneys was either, but guessed it a beer and not milk http://www.retrowow.co.uk/retro_britain/keg_bitter/watneys_red_barrel.html I think I'll just resign myself to become a spinster. Yep, me and my cat. That way I have no expectations! Problem solved
Pyro
Oh can I amend / expand my list again - I'm really not asking for much here am I ? I'd like to add 6) Commitment - which extends to actively working on a relationship 7) Passion - extending to the wider sense that encompasses life in general Crikey, no wonder my relationships don't work. I'm clearly asking for too much Nonsense. If anything, the problem is that people get frustrated and have no patience, so they take what they can get and settle for less. Never lower your standards. Stick to your guns.

IpAncA
1. the size of his willy. 2. how much stuff he buys me. 3. how rich he is. 4. which cars he owns. 5. whether he has good hair. Sad to say but some people do follow this. As for me, these are secondary things, LOL! j/k. 1.) Love 2.) Commitment 3.) Communication 4.) Trust 5.) Sex <-- added because it seems that when that's gone, the relationship isn't that great or takes the wrong turn.

Hitman10000
How important is sex in a relationship to all posters? Damn important, if a woman sucks in bed, I know in my head I will be sleeping with that for a long time. The more crazy she is in bed, the more I know how passionate she is about me. But if she's like a starfish, I know..speaks huge volumes. This is why we date, to seek compatible companionship and/or sex.
stace79
I guess this depends....I could list off the top 5 characteristics or emotional qualities necessary for me like integrity, honesty, communication, etc. I could also list five components of a relationship...and for me, sex would factor very significantly in that list. 1. Friendship 2. Sex/Chemistry/Attraction 3. Common interests 4. Similar values (this would be the characteristics people mentioned before) 5. Action (love to me is more about what we both do for each other than anything) How important is sex in a relationship to all posters?
