firststeps Posted November 26, 2013 Share Posted November 26, 2013 My situation is far from over but l want you all to know what a lifeline this forum has been for me. l cannot thank you all enough, for your devotion with your replies, for sharing your stories, your wisdom, your heart and compassion. Since day one on my worst feeling of despair l turned to the internet in a desperate attempt for help. l came across loveshack and it has been my sanctuary l do go to counseling, have weekly support group meeting, and a great support system of friends and family but when its 3am and lm awake feeling lost, l can come on here and read posts and know lm not alone. Thank you to all the regulars who are like our coaches, counselors, and friends. l know alot of us are struggling and everyday is an uphill battle, it is for me, but we are some way connected, in it together. Whether our stories are the same or different, our pain is real.
