I wasn't sure if I ever would want to again. Now it has been 19 mths and I want to get married. When the topic is approached he says he wants it to be a surprise when it happens. How long should I wait? He and I are both 36 and this would be his 3rd and my 2nd. I don't know if he is stringing me along now that he has me or if he really does plan on marriage. What do I do?
