It was a little weird. at that age a difference of 7 yrs is quite large. when a woman is 35 and her man is 42 that age difference is not significant. or how about a 60 yr old with a 67 yr old, even less difference. He was a hip 'surfer guy' college prof and I was the girl who worked at his local coffeeshop. I was 24 at the time, and he was 46. It was lots of fun. A year or so later, I developed a crush on a guy who was in his late 50's - another college prof. Unfortunately he was married, so it was just a friendly hello and chit-chat at the coffeeshop.
