She is very shy and not openly flirtatious so it is not easy to make a move on her as I cannot clearly read the situation. I would like to tell her, in one sentence or 2 prefereably that I feel like what we have could develop into something special withought creeping her out or showing im clingy/giving her all the power etc.. We would be perfect together and after breaking her heart 5 years ago the last few months we've been out to various places and had great times, lots of laughs etc, but now it feels its the crossroads or 'friends' or more, and i want to tell her in a way that isn't too heavy.
