pinkroses
I have two good friends. One just moved out of town and the other has been really busy with a full time job and school, and now she has a live-in boyfriend too. We used to be real close, almost like sisters and I miss that. I've tried really hard to keep in touch and see her. I fully understand all her obligations, but at the same time I'm very disappointed that it looks hopeless that we'll ever be as close as we once were. With my other friend long distance now, I'm lonely. I'm quiet, and don't make friends very easily. I've thought about letting the friendship go a couple of times, but I just can't, I care too much for her, and when we're together we have a lot of fun, which I know I'd miss terribly if I never saw her. Any ideas on how to keep friendships strong?
Gray
It happens with time. I have a few long time friends. I don't see them all the time, and therefore we're not as close as we once were. But they're still my friends, and if I ever need them I know they're there for me.
